"No Secret": Namal Defends Meeting Pillayan In Prison

COLOMBO (News 1st) - In response to the claims that Namal Rajapaksa had visited Sivanesathurai Chandrakanthan, also known as Pillayan, who was being held at the Batticaloa Prison following the Easter Sunday terror attacks, the MP stated that his visit was no secret.

In a post on X, the MP added that at the time, he was party to the alliance, contesting both the 2015 Presidential Election and the 2018 Local Government Elections.
