Compensation Payments Begin For CEB Employees

COLOMBO (News 1st); Compensation for employees who voluntarily resigned during the restructuring of the Electricity Board will begin today.
The Ministry of Energy confirmed that a total of 8.9 billion rupees has been set aside for this purpose.
As a result, nearly 1,600 employees who chose the voluntary resignation path are expected to receive their payments today.
