Suspect In Podi Patty Shooting Arrested In Kosgoda

COLOMBO (News 1st);The suspect who attempted to kill Podi Patty, a member of an organized crime gang, by shooting at him near the Lokanwatte Cemetery in Ahungalla, has been arrested.

Police said a 45-year-old resident of Pitigoda, Kosgoda, was taken into custody.

He was arrested last night while staying at a lodge in Hagalla, Kosgoda, with 13 grams and 760 milligrams of the drug Ice in his possession.
