Laugfs Gas PLC to Release Up to 40,000 LP Gas Cylinders Daily as Fresh Stocks Arrive

COLOMBO (News 1st): Laugfs Gas PLC announced that between 35,000 and 40,000 domestic LP gas cylinders will be released to the market daily starting today.

CEO of Laugfs Gas PLC, Nalinda Kurukulasuriya, said that measures have been taken to ensure round-the-clock distribution of LP gas supplies.

A vessel carrying 3,500 metric tons of LP Gas arrived in the country yesterday morning to support ongoing distribution efforts.

Meanwhile, Litro Gas Lanka confirmed that another ship transporting 3,700 metric tons of LP Gas reached the island the previous day. Distribution of that stock commenced yesterday morning.

Litro Gas Lanka currently releases approximately 1,700 metric tons of LP Gas to the market daily.
