Deadline to Submit Income Tax Reports for 2024/2025 Set for November 30

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The Inland Revenue Department has announced that all individuals registered for income tax must submit their income tax reports for the year 2024/2025 online on or before November 30.

The Department warned that legal action will be taken against those who fail to file their reports by the due date, in accordance with the Inland Revenue Act No. 24 of 2017.

It further stated that additional information can be obtained by calling the hotline 1944, visiting the official website www.ird.gov.lk, or contacting the nearest Inland Revenue Regional Office.
