Sri Lanka Customs to Introduce Digital E-Tendering System for Auctions

COLOMBO (News 1st): The Sri Lanka Customs has announced that steps are being taken to introduce a new digital e-tendering system for the auctioning of confiscated goods.

Customs officials made this announcement during a meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Standing Orders, chaired by Member of Parliament Wijesiri Basnayake.

The discussion was attended by committee members along with Director General of Customs, Seevali Arukgoda, and several other senior officials.
