COLOMBO (News 1st) - Sri Lanka Customs has reported its highest-ever daily revenue collection, earning Rs. 2.47 billion on Wednesday, according to the Director General of Customs.
Since the beginning of the year, Sri Lanka Customs has collected a total of Rs. 1,867 billion, bringing the department closer to its annual revenue target of Rs. 2,115 billion.
The Director General expressed confidence that the target will be comfortably surpassed before the end of the year.
