Gampaha Bus Owners Protest Parking Ban, Halt Services

COLOMBO (News 1st); All bus services operating from Route 200 in Gampaha have stepped away from their operations, following move initiated by the Gampaha Private Bus Owners’ Association.
It affects key routes connecting Gampaha to Colombo, Kirindiwela, Pugoda, and Kaduwela, leaving hundreds of daily commuters stranded.
According to the association, the protest was launched in response to restrictions placed on bus parking.
