Criminal Dispute Suspected in Borella Shooting

COLOMBO (News 1st); A shooting incident occurred around 8 PM on Tuesday (8) night on Leslie Ranagala Mawatha in Borella.

Acording to Police Spokesperson Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) F. U. Wootler, two unidentified individuals arrived on a motorcycle and opened fire before fleeing the scene. No injuries were reported.

Police said that a revolver was used in the attack, believe that the shooting may be the result of a dispute between criminals.
