Traffic Cops To Get More Incentives

COLOMBO(News 1st) - The incentives given to police officers engaged in traffic duties have been increased by 25 percent.

This was announced through a circular issued by the Acting IGP, effective from the first of February.

The Acting IGP says that this decision was taken with the aim of increasing the efficiency and quality of the duties of the officers.
