A/Level Exams Proceed Despite Inclement Weather : Special Center Opens in Manampitiya

COLOMBO (News 1st); Amidst the devastation caused by recent heavy rains, the Examination Department has taken swift action to ensure that students in affected areas don't miss out on their crucial A-Level exams. 

A special examination center has been established at Manampitiya Sinhala Maha Vidyalaya, catering specifically to candidates from the Welikanda Aralaganwila and Dimbulagala education divisions.

The Department of Examinations said that the center is fully equipped to facilitate examinations in all subjects, offering a seamless alternative for those unable to reach their designated centers.

Students impacted by the inclement weather and residing in the aforementioned areas can now opt to take their exams at Manampitiya Sinhala Maha Vidyalaya without needing to navigate challenging circumstances. 

The highly anticipated A-Level exams commence tomorrow (4) and continue until the 31st.
