COLOMBO (News 1st); The Sri Lanka Governance Diagnostic Assessment September 2023 by an IMF mission has made sixteen short-term and mid-term priority recommendations to  contribute to the formulation of governance and anticorruption policies and programs in Sri Lanka.

It also aims for the improvement of the legal and institutional frameworks, as well as governance and anti-corruption reform measures agreed to in the Staff Level Agreement for an Extended Credit Facility Arrangement for Sri Lanka.
