COLOMBO (News 1st); The Sri Lankan Parliament is set to debate on the Easter Sunday attack on Thursday (21) and Friday (22).

Security forces briefed the parliamentarians on the progress of the investigationd related to the 2019 Easter Sunday terror attacks.

Under the directives of the Minister of Public Security, the head of the Police Counterterrorism Division briefed members of parliament on the progress of the investigation into the Easter Sunday attack. 

A group of MPs from both the ruling and opposition parties participated in the meeting.
