COLOMBO (News 1st) – Cardiologists say that air pollution has been identified as the latest factor that increases the risk of heart disease.

Cardiologist at the Colombo National Hospital, Dr. Anindu Pathirana says that air pollution also increases blood pressure.

He also points out that there should be a special concern regarding this situation.
