Former Pakistan PM Imran Khan arrested

Former Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan has been arrested on charges of corruption. The former Prime Minister was arrested during a court appearance in Pakistan's capital of Islamabad. Khan is the chairman of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI). Another PTI leader Azhar Mashwani said that the party had given an immediate call for staging protests in the country in opposition to the arrest. 

Khan has been arrested in the Al-Qadir Trust case.
