The second day of the 89th battle of the saints, between St. Josephs College Colombo and St. Peter's College Colombo got underway today (29th) at the SSC ground in Colombo.

St. Peter's College managed to score 214 runs at the end of their 10 wickets in 57.3 overs.

St. Jospeh's College Colombo added  240 runs for the loss of 2 wickets in 54.5 overs before the match was interrupted due to rain.

Accordingly, the match concluded in a draw.
