Angoda Lokka's close associate arrested

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Sri Lanka Police Special Task Force arrested an individual identified as 'Athurugiriye Jeram', a close associate of former Underworld Don Angoda Lokka, who died in India.

The STF said that the suspect was identified as a registered criminal and drug peddlers in the country.

He was arrested following a raid carried out at a shopping complex in Athurugiriya.

He was arrested over a shooting that took place in Homagama on the 25th of March 2023.
