Bomb blast in mosque kills 25, wounds 140 in Peshawar, Pakistan

Colombo (News 1st) - A bomb blast inside a mosque in the northwestern Pakistani city of Peshawar has killed at least 25 and wounded over 140, foreign media reported.

The explosion took place during prayers. Part of the mosque collapsed and victims remain buried in the rubble. Many victims were police officers at prayer.
