Sapugaskanda refinery to open again on 15th Dec.

COLOMBO (News 1st) - The Ministry of Power and Energy has planned to resume operations at the Sapugaskanda Oil Refinery from the 15th of December.
The Ministry said the two crude oil shipments have been unloaded in Colombo, consisting of over 200,000 MT of Crude.
The Ministry of Energy further noted another crude oil shipment will arrive in the country in the next few days.
The operations at the Sapugaskanda Oil Refinery were suspended multiple times before, due to the shortage of Crude Oil in the country.
