Gangster Harak Kata's henchman arrested

COLOMBO (News 1st) - A suspect who distributes drugs procured from organized criminal Nadun Chinthaka alias Harak Kata, who is currently in Dubai, has been arrested in Piliyandala.

The police said that during a raid in Bokundara, the suspect was arrested along with 10 grams and 150 milligrams of heroin as well as cash earned from drug trafficking.

The suspect has previously been identified as a suspect in connection with drugs and homicide cases still pending at the Balapitiya and Matara Courts.

He is scheduled to be presented before the Kesbewa Magistrate Court today.
