Showers for many areas today (15)

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Department of Meteorology says that a few showers may occur in Western and Sabaragamuwa provinces and Galle and Matara districts.

Showers or thundershowers will occur at several places in Central, Uva, Eastern, and North-Central provinces during the evening or night.    

Also, Mainly fair weather will prevail elsewhere.

The general public is kindly requested to take adequate precautions to minimize damages caused by temporary localized strong winds and lightning during thundershowers.
