Over 13,000 affected due to inclement weather

COLOMBO (News 1st); 13,739 people belonging to 3,471 families have been affected due to the inclement weather, the Disaster Management Center says.
The Disaster Management Center also stated that 574 people belonging to 137 families have been displaced due to the adverse weather.
The number of damaged houses stands at 1,149, in addition to 141 businessess have also been damaged by the rainy weather.
