Warrants against Lahiru Weerasekera & Tempitiye Thero

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Colombo Fort Magistrate's Court issued arrest warrants against Lahiru Weerasekera and Venerable Tempitiye Sugathananda Thero for failing to appear in court for case.

When a case related to unlawful assembly was called up in court, the two suspects were not present.

Therefore, Sri Lanka Police request the court to issue warrants to arrest and produce them in court.

Thereby, Fort Magistrate Thilina Gamage issued the warrants.
