COLOMBO (News 1st): Sri Lanka's Police Chief C.D. Wickramaratne has requested all activists, political leaders, religious leaders, and the general public at large to act responsibly when exercising their rights to speech and expression.
In a video statement, the Inspector General of Police urged those exercising the said rights to refrain from causing damage to Public and Private Property, and refrain of obstructing the duties of public servants who are acting within the framework of the law.
