COLOMBO (News 1st); Colombo Additional Magistrate Keminda Perera rejected a request made by Sri Lanka Police to issue an order preventing protestors from entering the vicinity of the President’s House in Fort, Colombo on 8th and 9th July.

Court said that the request was rejected as Sri Lanka Police is vested with the power to act if any crime takes place.
