COLOMBO (News 1st); A 13-hour water cut will be imposed for several areas in Aluthgama, Mathugama, and Agalawatte from 8 AM on Thursday (9), to 9 PM the same day.

The areas affected are:

Wadduwa, Waskaduwa, Pothupitiya, Kalutara (North), Kalutara (South), Katukurunda, Nagoda, Bombuwala, Pilaminawatte, Payagala, Maggona, Beruwala, Moragalla, Aluthgama, Darga Town, Bentota, and Kaluwamodara.

The water cut is due to essential maintenance by the Ceylon Electricity Board.
