Irrigation Dept. focus on Yala Season

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Department of Irrigation has focused its attention on the cultivation for the Yala season in all state owned office property and other protected areas under the Irrigation Department.

The Director of the Water Management Unit D. Abeysiriwardena said that the land preparation work has been completed to cover 75% of the expected land area during the Yala season.
