Tensions at passport office in Matara

COLOMBO (News 1st); A tense situation took place at the Southern Province Regional Office of Immigration and Emigration on Tuesday (24) since tokens are NOT issued efficiently to the people who came to obtain services Tuesday (24).

The Regional Office of the Southern Province Immigration and Emigration office was reopened at around 8.30 am on Tuesday (24).

At that time, people from many areas including Galle and Matara had come to obtain services, and the first service was provided today (24) only to those who came yesterday (23) and obtained tokens.
