COLOMBO (News 1st); The protest march launched by the Inter University Student’s Federation will not be allowed to cause any damage to properties within the Fort Police Division, says the Police.

Issuing a release, Police stated that according to a requested directed at the Fort Magistrate’s Court by the Police, the IUSF will not be allowed to engage in any violent acts, cause harm to properties of Police personnel, and engage in other illicit activities. 

Moreover, they have been barred from travelling at President’s St., York St., Bank St., Mudalige St., Lower Chatham St. and Hospital St.
