COLOMBO (News 1st); The Police Media Spokesperson states that the Criminal Investigation Division has arrested a 49-year-old man who attacked peaceful protestors opposite Temple Trees on 9th May.

The suspect has been arrested in the Moratuwella area after it was revealed that the suspect had attacked the peaceful protestors.

He is due to be produced before Court today (15).

The Police Spokesperson also said that it was identified that the suspect was employed at the Moratuwa Municipal Council
