Protest for LP Gas in Peliyagoda

COLOMBO (News 1st); A group of angry Sri Lankans decided to block one lane of the Negombo Road from the Peliyagoda Junction and protested against the non-supply of gas.

The group of people said they were promised delivery of cooking gas several days ago, however, to date NO gas cylinders were supplied.

On Monday (9) Litro requested the general public NOT to remain in line for gas, as delivery will not take place until Friday (13).
