Govt-affiliated parties informed to submit proposals regarding All-party Government

COLOMBO (News 1st); The political parties representing the Government have been informed to submit proposals with regard to the formation of an All Party Government, immediately.

A senior spokesperson of the Government stated that the political parties were informed to submit proposals as per the agreements reached during the meeting held with the President recently.

Accordingly, other parties will be invited to formulate an all party government as soon as the relevant proposals are received, the senior Spokesperson added.
