Navy apprehends 13 attempting to travel to India via boat

COLOMBO (News 1st); Sri Lanka Navy arrested 13 people in Trincomalee for attempting to travel to India illegally.
The arrested group includes five children, two women and five men, were arrested while they were travelling to India via a boat.
Investigations have revealed that two of the male suspects to be smugglers.
The group was handed over to the Palali Police for further investigations.
