What crisis? - Ven. Murutthettuwe Ananda Thero

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Chief Incumbent of the Abhayaramaya Temple in Narahenpita, Ven. Murutthettuwe Ananda Thero stated that he is not facing the crisis, while refusing to comment on rising cost of living. 

Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa visited the Abhayarama Temple in Narahenpita this afternoon (28).

Our correspondent stated that the Prime Minister arrived at around 12.30 this afternoon and called on the Chief Incumbent Ven. Murutthettuwe Ananda Thero.

Journalists inquired about the arrival of the Prime Minister from Ven. Murutthettuwe Ananda Thera, who stated that it is not a strange coincidence, but anyone who would know the meritorious nature of Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa would know that he visits the Abhayaramaya every week.

Ven. Murutthettuwe Ananda Thero also refused to comment on the fact that the public is undergoing many crises these days.
