Unidentified gunman shoots dead 42 year old in Beliatta

COLOMBO (News 1st); A 42-year-old man was shot dead by an unidentified person at a house in the Nihiluwa, Beliatta.

The police say that the murderer had arrived on a motorbike.

The cause for the murder is yet to be ascertained, while the deceased has been identified as a resident of Beliatta area.

Beliatta police is conducting further investigations into the incident.
