COLOMBO (News 1st); The All Ceylon School Child Transport Association said it has decided to step away from transporting children to schools.

The Chairman of the All Ceylon School Child Transport Association, L. Malshree de Silva, said the decision was made considering the security of the children given the present situation in the country,

Meanwhile, the minimum bus fare which was Rs.20/- has been increased due to the increase in fuel prices and the new price of the minimum bus fare is Rs.27/- from today (20).
