COLOMBO (News 1st); A Pakistani man was sentenced to life in prison on Tuesday (6) after he was found guilty of heroin possession and trafficking.

The accused was arrested on the 27th of October 2018 by the Police Narcotic Bureau for the possession of 643.3 g of heroin.

The Attorney General had filed indictments against the accused and following a lengthy trial, the accused was sentenced to life in prison.
