Police hunt for Mirihana fire starters; Urge public assistance

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Criminal Investigations Department (CID) is seeking public assistance to arrest two suspects who set fire to two buses at the Pengiriwatta Road Junction in Mirihana, Nugegoda on the 31st of March.

The CID said investigations are underway in order to arrest the suspects in connection with the unrest reported at the Pengiriwatta Road Junction in Mirihana on the 31st of March, where some were seen causing damage to public property and setting fire to nearby buses and other vehicles.
