41-yr-old clubbed and stabbed to death in Piliyandala

COLOMBO (News 1st); A 41-year-old man was clubbed and stabbed to death in Mawittawara, Piliyandala on Monday (21).

Sri Lanka Police said a man who was enraged after the victim told him not to ride his motorcycle recklessly on the road, had carried out the murder along with his mother, father, elder bother, and two other men.

The suspects have fled the area and investigations are underway to arrest them, Police said.
