'Fully Vaccinated' ONLY if given booster dose

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Minister of Health stated that all people over 20 years are considered to be fully vaccinated only if they have gotten the booster jab.
Director of the Epidemiology Unit, Dr. Samitha Ginige, said that the vaccination card, which is fully vaccinated, will be mandatory when entering public places with effect from April 30, 2022.
He said that a committee is currently studying the locations of the public places to be identified.
