Schools to function in full capacity from Monday (14)

COLOMBO (News 1st); The Ministry of Education stated that students from Government and Government approved Private Schools will be called to the school as usual from Monday (14).

Previously, students were called to schools in batches based on the number of students.

Secretary to the Ministry of Education Prof. Kapila Perera stated that in the event of any problems regarding the operations of the school in the face of the COVID-19 epidemic, necessary action should be taken with the approval of the Zonal Director of Education.

Coordinator of COVID-19, Ministry of Health, Dr. Anwar Hamdani, informed parents that they should pay special attention to send their children to school in a healthy manner.
