Diesel sold for a max limit of Rs. 4,000/- per person in Anuradhapura

COLOMBO (News 1st) Many Sri Lankans, including senior citizens, continue to wait in line to purchase fuel from filling stations located across the country.

It was reported that certain filling stations in Anuradhapura had run out of fuel, people were waiting in line anticipating the arrival of a fuel bowser.

At one filling station Diesel was only sold per person for the price between Rs. 1000/- to Rs. 4,000/-.
