It's as if the Government does not exist: Tissa

COLOMBO (News 1st); National Organizer of the Samagi Jana Banawegaya Tissa Attanayake says the public feels as if there is no Government in the country.

Pointing out that the Government has no plan to resolve the current crisis in the country, the SJB member demanded as to why the Government has not taken any step to control the cost of living and the prices of essential items, while the citizens feel that the entire nation is moving towards danger.

Further speaking, Attanayake said that it is the task of a Government to have a plan to address the issues when a national crisis underway.

" There is not even an indication that the Government has any sort of plan. The people have to suffer because of this Government's inability," he added.
