COLOMBO (News 1st); The Department of Government Information said 632 new COVID-19 cases were detected in the country on Tuesday (8).

The total number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Sri Lanka now stands at 653,661.

The Director-General of Health Services on Tuesday (8) confirmed that 11 COVID-19 deaths were reported in the country on Monday (7).

The COVID-19 fatalities has risen to 16,350.
