One Country, One Law Task Force tenure extended

COLOMBO (News 1st); The tenure of Task Force for “One Country, One Law” was extended by another three months, via an Extraordinary Gazette by President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa.

Accordingly, the period has been extended from February 28th 2022 for another three months.

The Extraordinary Gazette notification noted that the tenure of the Task Force was extendedas, it is necessary to seek the views of the public and the panels of experts covering all the provinces

of the island.
