SATHOSA to sell 1 kg of Tumeric for Rs. 2,400/-

COLOMBO (News 1st); Minister of State, Janaka Wakkumbura stated that steps have been taken to sell 1kg of Turmeric for Rs. 2400/- through Sathosa from Tuesday (March 1).
The State Minister said that nearly 400,000kg of Turmeric has been purchased by the respective government corporation for this purpose.
