NDRA hunt of fake COVID test kit importer

COLOMBO (News 1st); The National Drug Regulatory Authority (NDRA) has launched a special investigation to located a perspn who imported a stock of fake COVID-19 test kits and distributed them to Hospitals and Laboratories.

The Chief Food and Drug Inspector of NDRA, Amit Perera said the separate suspect was recently arrested for distributing a stock of counterfeit COVID-19 test kits worth over Rs. 2 million brought into the Country.
