EXCLUSIVE: Limited number of pilgrims for Katchatheevu Festival

COLOMBO (News 1st); Sri Lanka's Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed that ONLY a limited number of pilgrims will be allowed to attend the Katchatheevu Festival in the north of Sri Lanka.
The number of pilgrims from India and Sri Lanka will be LIMITED due to the prevailing COVID-19 situation in the island nation, the Foreign Ministry confirmed this EXCLUSIVELY to News 1st.
The Katchatheevu festival is set to take place on March 11 and 12, 2022.
