Update: Four arrested in connection with murder of Constable

COLOMBO (News 1st); Four suspects including a woman have been arrested in connection with the murder of a Police Constable in the Vithaarandeniya area in Tangalle.

Police Media Spokesman SSP Nihal Thalduwa previously stated that the chief suspect of the case has already been identified by Tangalle Police.

The deceased was a 34 year old Police Constable named Chathuranga Dilshan. He was attached to the Tourist Police Division of the Expressway, stationed at the Kasagala Exit.

He was a 34-year-old father of one and was a resident of Tangalle.
