South Korea's Speaker to observe parliamentary session today

COLOMBO (News 1st): South Korean Speaker Park Byeong-Seng who is currently in Sri Lanka on a visit, will engage on a tour at the Parliamentary Complex on Friday (Jan. 21), on the invitation of Speaker Mahinda Yapa Abeywardena. According to the Parliament's Department of Communication, the two Speakers are set to hold bilateral discussions. The South Korean Speaker will observe today's (21) parliamentary session from the Speaker's Gallery which is reserved for distinguished visitors. The adjournment debate on the Government's Policy Statement presented by President Gotabaya Rajapaksa will continue today for the 3rd day.
